We have a Liberal Returns Policy

  • You can send back the item you have purchased to us in its original condition and tags with the same package within 7 days, in case you do not like it for any reasons.
  • In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the money including the shipping cost or we may replace the product without additional charges.
  • The return address is mentioned in the Return Authorisation Form, Our returns warehouse in Vellore.

  • How to send the returns?

  • You must fill the returns form in the link given here, Return Authorisation Form before sending any returns.
  • If you have any questions or clarification you can contact our customer support, we shall assist you on how to have the product sent back to us.

  • Terms and Conditions:

  • WHY We would entertain the return, only if it is sent with the successful submission of the Return Authorisation Form.
  • WHY Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with custom blouse, Jewels. However, we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
  • WHY We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • WHY All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.
  • WHY Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
  • Refund on Returns:

  • We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
  • At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
  • There is an admin / credit card commission cost of 10% of the final order value (5% while accepting and 5% while refunding if refund is issued back to the credit card). If refund is issued as a gift voucher there is no charge applicable.
  • For orders placed using Bank Transfer payment method refunds would be issued only as Gift Vouchers and in such cases there would not be any admin cost as mentioned above.
  • In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund.
